Art Project Takes a Turn

Polyzoo started out as an art project. The idea was to take animals and reduce them down to their simplest geometry. The very first Polyzoo was an Ibex made out of reflective paper. What soon followed was many more animals and countless hours of geometry fine tuning. During the exploration phase, wooden sculptures were made from different wood tones being used for the triangular planes. Then came the paper DIY kits which were sold at gift shows in Providence, RI, along with some vinyl stickers.
